Natural foods to avoid, body odor

body odor is not pleasant to handle, which does not seem to have any impact on those in particular. So we do our best to mask the smell with deodorants and antiperspirants.

But this is not the right solution for the problem, because deodorants with heavy metals such as aluminum are loaded and antiperspirants clog the pores of the skin to keep us from sweating all together. This means that the toxins can build up inside the body, and if not removed lead to many diseases.

We must understand that the smell is not caused by sweating, but because there are poisonous. When we sweat, toxins are released from the body, and then there was the smell.

The answer is not correct then you sweat, but to eliminate toxins, and so we are able to eliminate body odor as well.

The toxins are the result of the food we eat are foods such as meat, dairy, poultry, processed foods, fast> Food, refined sugar, and even cooked foods can be toxic.
